Borough Trash Collection Information
Belle Vernon Borough Council approved a three year contract with Pro Waste LLC. The Three year contract takes effect July 1, 2026.
Under the terms on their contract, Pro Waste LLC is joining most local trash collection service providers in no longer billing residents directly.
The borough is not making a profit on any trash collection fees but there is a nominal charge for our costs to mail bills and process them. This charge is included in your bill. Trash bills will be sent by the Borough of Belle Vernon.
Rates Effective July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029
Annual – $240.00
Quarterly – $60.00
Late Payment Fees
Payment not paid made by the due date will be considered delinquent. Delinquent customers may be turn over to the magistrate for payment.
Payment
Checks may be made payable to The Borough of Belle Vernon.
You may mail your payment or bring it to the borough offices during regular business hours.

Borough office ours are Tuesday-Thursday, 10AM -2PM.
