BELLE VERNON – The Belle Vernon Public Library is a great community resource. The Library is conducting it’s end of the year fundraising campaign. Each year, Belle Vernon Borough Council earmarks a donation of $750 to support this community asset for our residents.
The library, located at 505 Speer Street, offers adult bestsellers, both fiction and non-fiction, and a collection of children’s, junior and teen books. As a member of the Westmoreland Library Network, any book available in member libraries is available for the library to request for you (or you to request from your computer at home!) They also can order books from libraries around the state through Access PA. They also offer a wide variety of eBooks and eAudio. Streaming videos from Kanopy, Craftsy, Qello, Great Courses and IndieFlix are also available.
Internet is available using their computers or with Wi-Fi. Children under the age of 18 must have parental release to access the Internet. The Library’s Wi-Fi is accessible from outside the building.
If you would like to help keep this community asset sustained for our residents, please consider a donation, no matter the amount online here or by mailing a contribution to:
