The Municipal Authority of Belle Vernon (MABV) has announced that the boil water advisory for all customers served by the Authority has been lifted.Customers were initially notified on Sunday, May 31, to boil their water out of an abundance of caution following routine maintenance work on the reservoir. Comprehensive water testing was conducted on May 31, June 1, and June 2. In addition, a precautionary flushing of the water distribution system was completed.All test results confirmed that there was no contamination detected at any point during the advisory period.MABV thanks its customers for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout this process.
